Our community engagement efforts provide us with wonderful opportunities to reach a broader audience through partnerships with corporations that support the New York City art community and believe in the ability of art to educate and inspire.
NU HOTEL BROOKYN
In 2017, Welancora and NU Hotel Brooklyn announced a collaboration to present quarterly exhibitions, of works by artists located in Brooklyn, in the lobby of the downtown Brooklyn boutique hotel. To date, 7 exhibitions, with a total of approximately 90 works of art, have been mounted through this initiative. Of among those exhibitions, 3 were developed in support of the hotel’s partnership with the Brooklyn Museum and the Brooklyn Botanic Garden.
About the NU Hotel: The NU Hotel Brooklyn is a 93- room boutique hotel, located at the intersection of four great Brooklyn neighborhoods: Downtown Brooklyn, Boerum Hill, Cobble Hill and Carroll Gardens. Through its NU Perspectives Project and the quarterly exhibitions, the NU Hotel Brooklyn has consistently provided a platform for Brooklyn based artists to showcase their work. The NU Hotel Brooklyn is owned by Hersha Hospitality Trust (NYSE:HT) and managed by HHM.
Welancora Gallery mounted an exhibition at the Neuberger Berman headquarters in support of their Black History Month program. Additional programming for the event included an artist talk.

To christen their new office space in Midtown Manhattan, Welancora worked with Halden Interiors to provide their client, the Doman Group, with art.
